Who we are

ShadowGraph is operated by Shadow Labs, LLC., TODO_COMPANY_ADDRESS (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the ShadowGraph app or website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ShadowGraph.

Your account

You need an account to use ShadowGraph. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the iOS app. Deletion is immediate and permanent — see our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel an active subscription; see “Cancelling” below.

Your content

The events, notes and other data you put into ShadowGraph are yours. You grant us only the permission we need to store, process and display that data back to you, and to operate the service. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train anything.

ShadowGraph Plus — subscription terms

ShadowGraph is free to use. ShadowGraph Plus is an optional paid upgrade, offered as an auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time purchase.

What you get

ShadowGraph Plus unlocks the full set of paid features described on the purchase screen in the app at the time you buy. The purchase screen is always the authoritative description of what is included.

Plans, length and price

• Plus Monthly — US$6.99 per month, auto-renewing every month.
• Plus Annual — US$34.99 per year, auto-renewing every year.
• Plus Lifetime — US$79.99, a one-time purchase that does not renew.

Prices are shown in US dollars. In other regions the App Store charges the equivalent local price, which the App Store sets and which may differ. The price you will actually be charged is always shown in the app before you confirm the purchase. We may change prices for future billing periods; Apple will notify you and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, it applies to the annual plan and lasts 7 days. Apple limits each customer to one introductory offer per subscription group, ever — if you have used one before, the app will show you the standard price instead. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at the price shown.

Billing and automatic renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically. Your Apple Account is charged for the next period within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price, unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Cancelling

You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or via the App Store app. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for, and you keep Plus until that period ends. We cannot cancel a subscription for you — Apple does not give developers that ability. Deleting your ShadowGraph account does not cancel your subscription either, so cancel first if that is what you intend.

When a subscription ends you return to the free tier. Nothing you have logged is deleted. Your events and event types remain, and remain readable; only the paid features stop being available.

Refunds

Refunds are issued by Apple, not by us. All purchases go through the App Store, so we cannot see your payment details and cannot issue a refund. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple grants a refund we may revoke the corresponding access. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Restoring a purchase

If you reinstall the app or use a new device, use “Restore Purchases” on the purchase screen to re-apply a purchase made with the same Apple Account.

Acceptable use

Please do not break the law with ShadowGraph, attempt to access other people's data, interfere with the service or the infrastructure behind it, or resell access. We may suspend or terminate an account that does.

ShadowGraph is not a medical device

ShadowGraph is a tracking and reflection tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing it shows you — including anything derived from HealthKit data or generated on your device by Apple Intelligence — should be relied on as medical guidance. Talk to a qualified professional about your health.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ShadowGraph available and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted or that it will be error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid subscription includes, you may cancel as described above.

We keep your data backed up, but you are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. You can export your data at any time — see Support.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShadowGraph is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to ShadowGraph is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for ShadowGraph or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for ShadowGraph. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

These Terms replace Apple's standard end user licence agreement (the “Licensed Application End User License Agreement”) for ShadowGraph. Where these Terms are silent, that agreement applies.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do we will change the date at the top of this page, and we will tell you in the app if the change is significant. Continuing to use ShadowGraph after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by TODO_GOVERNING_LAW, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
